Job summary

Core Spaces is seeking a Community Concierge in Lexington, KY to support leasing operations on-site. The role covers resident tours, outreach marketing, and event promotion, with evening and overnight on-call duties as needed.

Applicants should be able to work a minimum of 15 hours weekly with shifts of at least 3 hours on-site, and be flexible for additional hours including weekends. Strong communication and brand-aligned presentation are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proven ability to lead and contribute effectively within various organizational settings or groups.
• Integrity and respect for company principles.

Responsibilities

• Ensure availability to work a minimum of 15 hours each week, as determined by the Community Manager.
• Commit to full shifts of at least 3 hours on-site.
• Be flexible to work additional hours, including evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Assist with move-outs, turn, and move-ins beyond normal part-time hours.
• Complete all prospect tours of the community.
• Follow up with assigned prospects in a timely manner.
• Plan and perform marketing duties and resident events.
• Maintain Lifestyle by Core brand standards across the community.
• Assist in securing partnership opportunities for the community.
• Curate content for social media and marketing materials.
• Post to social media as directed by the Community Manager.
• Create marketing materials using Canva.
• Responsible for evening and/or overnight on-call and round duties.
• Present to student organizations and attend sponsored events on behalf of the community.
• Assist in outbound marketing and leasing activities as needed.
• Complete special projects as assigned by the Community Manager.
• Ensure compliance with all Core Spaces Policies and Procedures.
• Ensure product presentation meets brand and company standards.
