Job summary

Core Spaces is seeking a Community Concierge to help run on-site leasing offices, conduct tours, support marketing efforts, and drive resident engagement. The role emphasizes evening and overnight on-call duties, with opportunities to partner on events and community outreach across the property.

The position requires a High School Diploma as a baseline, strong communication, and the ability to balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to write and speak effectively using appropriate conventions.
• Ability to listen actively and provide constructive feedback.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure availability to work a minimum of 15 hours each week.
• Commit to full shifts, at least 3 hours on-site.
• Work evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Assist with move-outs, turnovers, and move-ins outside normal hours.
• Complete prospect tours of the community and follow up with prospects.
