Job summary

Core Spaces, a student housing and build-to-rent real estate company, seeks a Community Concierge to support on-site leasing operations and community engagement at our West Lafayette property. You will conduct tours, assist with marketing efforts, and help ensure resident satisfaction through events and outreach.

The role requires a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, and a commitment to Core Spaces standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or comparable degree required.
• Proven ability to lead and contribute within various groups or settings.
• The utmost level of integrity in all interactions and with company principles.

Responsibilities

• Ensure availability to work a minimum of 15 hours each week, as determined by the Community Manager.
• Commit to full shifts of at least 3 hours on-site.
• Be flexible to work additional hours, including evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Assist with move-outs, turns, and move-ins beyond normal part-time hours.
• Complete all prospect tours of the community.
• Follow up with assigned prospects in a timely manner.
• Plan, implement, and perform marketing duties and resident events.
• Maintain Lifestyle by Core brand standards across the community.
• Assist in securing partnership opportunities for the community.
• Curate content for social media and marketing materials.
• Post to social media as directed by the Community Manager.
• Create marketing materials using Canva.
• Present to student organizations and attend sponsored events on behalf of the community.
• Assist in outbound marketing and leasing activities as needed.
• Complete special projects as assigned by the Community Manager.
• Ensure compliance with Core Spaces Policies and Procedures.
• Ensure product presentation meets brand and company standards.
