Job summary

Core Spaces is seeking a Community Concierge to play a vital on-site role in leasing office operations, prospect tours, and outreach marketing. You will support resident retention, coordinate events, and assist with marketing efforts across the property.

The position emphasizes guest experience, brand standards, and collaboration with the Community Manager to ensure smooth daily operations and engagement with residents and prospective students.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; strong communication and customer service skills preferred.
• Ability to manage time and tasks effectively in a fast‑paced leasing environment.
• Experience or interest in marketing outreach and resident engagement is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure availability to work a minimum of 15 hours each week, as determined by the Community Manager.
• Commit to working full shifts, a minimum of 3 hours on-site per shift.
• Be flexible to work additional hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Assist with move-outs, turn and move-ins beyond part-time hours.
• Complete all prospect tours of the community and follow up with assigned prospects.
