Job summary

Core Spaces is seeking a Community Concierge to support leasing operations on-site. You will conduct prospect tours, follow up with leads, and drive internal and outreach marketing efforts to boost resident retention and satisfaction.

You will also assist with social media content, event planning, and marketing materials while maintaining Core Spaces brand standards. Evening and overnight on‑call duties may be required as part of a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Conduct prospect tours and follow‑ups to support leasing.
• Lead marketing efforts and resident events on property.
• Curate social content and marketing materials using Canva.
• Assist with evening and overnight on‑call duties as needed.
• Ensure brand standards in product presentation at all times.
• Support outbound marketing and leasing activities as required.
