Job summary

Cogir USA is seeking a friendly Concierge to be the first point of contact for residents, families, and visitors in our Scottsdale-area senior living community. You will provide front desk coverage and ensure a welcoming, supportive environment while addressing inquiries and coordinating resident services.

Responsibilities include answering calls, greeting guests, managing access, assisting with transportation and activities, and supporting management with administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• 6–12 months of customer service or front desk experience in hotel, retirement community, or office setting.
• Friendly, professional, and patient with residents and families.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, and Outlook; able to handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Answer multi-line telephone and direct inquiries.
• Greet residents, families, visitors, and vendors.
• Maintain visitor logs and monitor access to the community.
• Assist residents with scheduling transportation, activities, or appointments.
• Support management with data entry, scheduling, and light clerical work.
• Order office supplies and manage basic administrative tasks.
• Address resident concerns and escalate to management when needed.
• Complete work order requests.
