Qualifications

• Front desk or customer service experience required.
• Experience in hotel, retirement community, or office settings preferred.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Answer a multi-line telephone and route calls as needed.
• Greet residents, families, visitors, and vendors warmly.
• Maintain outside visitor logs and monitor access to the community.
• Assist residents with transportation, activities, or appointments.
• Support management with data entry, scheduling, and clerical tasks.
• Order office supplies.
• Address resident concerns and escalate issues to management.
• Complete work order requests.
