Job summary

Sentral seeks a personable, onsite Guest Services Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality to residents and guests. You will greet residents, manage requests, and coordinate with property teams to ensure a welcoming, secure, and well-maintained community experience.

In this role, you’ll leverage strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills to handle inquiries, schedule upkeep, and support events. This is an in-person, on-site position at a Sentral community.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 1 year of experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
• Multifamily experience is preferred.
• Strong communication with residents, guests, team, and vendors.
• Proficiency with computer systems and software used in hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Uphold Sentral’s standards and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Establish rapport with residents and guests and be the first point of contact.
• Greet residents by name and make them feel welcomed.
• Handle requests with professionalism, confidentiality, and urgency.
• Manage access and safety procedures for property and guests.
• Answer calls, messages, and requests; maintain records and reports.
• Coordinate with management and maintenance on property needs and events.
• Promote resident benefits and local activities through partnerships.
• Assist with administrative duties as needed by management and residents.
