Sentral is seeking an Experience Ambassador to engage with residents and homeshare guests, delivering high-touch hospitality on-site at our Miami community. You will resolve inquiries, coordinate services, and promote local activities to enhance living experiences.

Ideal candidates bring at least 1 year in hospitality or customer service, strong communication skills, and a proactive, ownership mindset to support resident satisfaction and community growth.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of hospitality or customer service experience required.
• Multifamily experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Uphold Sentral's standards and deliver excellent customer service.
• Establish rapport with residents and guests to create a welcoming environment.
• Serve as the first point of contact for residents and guests.
• Prioritize requests with friendliness, efficiency, confidentiality and professionalism.
• Greet residents by name and with a smile to enhance guest experience.
• Provide hospitality consistent with QA standards to ensure memorable service.
• Resolve disputes to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Promote property benefits and local partnerships to enrich resident life.
• Handle calls, messages, and requests and document interactions.
• Monitor access to the property and ensure security.
