Job summary

Core Spaces in Gainesville is seeking a Community Concierge to support on-site leasing, conduct tours, and drive resident engagement. This role partners with leasing teams to ensure a welcoming community and helps coordinate events and outreach marketing.

You will assist with social media content, Canva-created materials, and partner outreach while upholding Core Spaces standards and delivering exceptional resident experiences.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or comparable degree.
• Proven ability to lead and contribute effectively within various organizational settings.
• Integrity and respect for others and company principles.

Responsibilities

• Conduct prospect tours and follow-ups to drive leasing.
• Lead internal and outreach marketing efforts and resident events.
• Retain residents and assist with move-outs, turns and move-ins.
• Create marketing materials using Canva and post to social channels as directed.
• Ensure branding and product presentation meet Core Spaces standards.
