Job summary

Core Spaces, LLC is seeking a Community Concierge to support day-to-day operations at the leasing office. You will conduct prospect tours, follow up with leads, and assist with on-site marketing and resident events to enhance retention and community engagement.

The role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and overnight on-call shifts, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service and maintaining brand standards. This position is on-site in Los Angeles, CA.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or comparable degree required.
• Proven ability to lead and contribute effectively within various organizational settings or groups.
• Utmost integrity and respect for others and company principles.

Responsibilities

• Conduct prospect tours and follow-ups to drive leasing activity.
• Lead on-site marketing and resident events to boost retention.
• Create and post marketing content, including Canva materials.
• Present to student organizations and attend sponsored events on behalf of the community.
• Perform evenings and overnight on-call duties as needed.
• Ensure compliance with Core Spaces Policies and Procedures.
