Job summary

Core Spaces, LLC is seeking a Community Concierge to support on-site leasing operations at our Madison property. You will conduct tours, follow up with prospective residents, and assist with move-outs, turnovers, and events while maintaining Core Spaces brand standards.

You will also help with marketing duties, social media content, and Canva-based materials, ensuring a welcoming resident experience and smooth daily operations. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to communicate clearly in writing and speech.
• Demonstrated integrity and respect for others and company principles.

Responsibilities

• Conduct prospect tours and follow-ups to drive leasing.
• Assist with move-outs, turnovers, and move-ins.
• Plan and execute marketing activities and resident events.
• Create marketing content and postings for social media and Canva materials.
• Support on-site clerical tasks and ensure brand standards are met.
