Job summary

Core Spaces in Austin, TX is seeking a Community Concierge to support on-site leasing operations, tours, and resident engagement. You will help execute marketing efforts, events, and daily tasks that keep the community vibrant and aligned with Core Spaces standards.

The role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to work evenings or weekends as needed, with a focus on delivering exceptional resident experiences and brand-aligned service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or comparable degree.
• Proven ability to lead and contribute effectively within various organizational settings or groups.
• The utmost level of integrity in all instances, and shows respect towards others and towards company principles.

Responsibilities

• Conduct prospect tours and follow-ups to drive leasing.
• Lead marketing duties and resident events to engage the community.
• Maintain Lifestyle by Core brand standards across the community.
• Assist in outbound marketing and leasing activities as needed.
• Create marketing materials using Canva and post to social media as directed by Community Manager.
• Perform evening and/or overnight on-call duties as required.
• Prepare and present information to student organizations and sponsor events.
