Core Spaces, LLC in Seattle, WA is seeking a Community Concierge to support on-site leasing operations, host tours, and drive resident engagement. You will assist with marketing tasks, social posts, and events while upholding brand standards.

This role requires a High School Diploma, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends. The position is part-time and on-site with occasional on-call duties.

Responsabilidades

• Be available to work a minimum of 15 hours weekly on-site.
• Take full shifts of at least 3 hours at the property.
• Assist with move-outs, turn, and move-ins beyond normal PT hours.
• Complete all resident tours of the community.
• Follow up with assigned prospects promptly.
• Plan and perform marketing activities and resident events.
• Create social content and marketing materials using Canva.
• Present to student organizations and attend sponsored events.
• Support outbound marketing and leasing activities.
