Job summary

Core Spaces, LLC is seeking a Community Concierge to support on-site leasing operations and resident engagement at our Austin property. You will conduct tours, manage follow-ups, assist with marketing efforts, and help deliver exceptional resident experiences aligned with the Lifestyle by Core standards.

The role requires flexible hours, including evenings and occasional weekends, and a commitment to high-quality service, accurate record-keeping, and teamwork across property staff.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Proven ability to collaborate across teams.
• Strong integrity and respect for others.

Responsibilities

• Conduct prospect tours and follow-ups at the property.
• Lead marketing and resident event initiatives.
• Support move-outs, turns, and move-ins beyond part-time hours.
• Maintain consistent brand presentation across the community.
• Assist in social media and marketing materials.
• Attend sponsored events and present to student organizations.
