Core Spaces is seeking a on-site Community Concierge to support leasing, tours, and resident engagement at our Madison property. You will assist with events, marketing, and everyday operations while maintaining Core Spaces branding.

The role is part-time with shifts including evenings and weekends as needed, offering opportunities to interact with residents and contribute to a vibrant community. Strong communication and time management are essential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct prospect tours and follow-ups to drive leasing.
• Support marketing efforts and resident events to boost retention.
• Manage evening and overnight on-call duties as needed.
• Assist with clerical tasks and daily property operations.
• Ensure brand standards across community presentation.
