Job summary

Eagle Senior Living is seeking a friendly Concierge to be the first point of contact for residents, guests, and visitors, handling front desk operations and sign-in/out. This role reports to the Business Office Director.

You will assist with resident requests, provide marketing information to visitors, support the Lifestyles Department with reservations and events, and maintain the resident information database.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of related customer service experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist residents and visitors in a polished, professional manner; manage front desk sign-in/out for visitors and vendors.
• Handle and direct incoming phone calls; inform residents or staff of arriving guests, packages, and deliveries.
• Accommodate resident requests for assistance, referring to other staff as necessary.
• Provide marketing information to visitors.
• Assist the Lifestyles Department with program/event reservations and fee collection.
• Maintain and update the resident information database and phone list.
