Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a dedicated Resident Experience Coordinator in the Washington, DC area. You will deliver outstanding customer service, ensure a smooth move-in experience, and actively resolve resident issues to foster loyalty and satisfaction.

This role requires strong communication, a valid driver’s license, and flexibility to work weekends. You will oversee amenities, coordinate events, and contribute to continuous improvements across the community.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license, good driving record, auto insurance, and reliable transportation if operating a vehicle.
• Computer literacy and effective communication skills.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to residents.
• Guide new residents through move-in prep for a smooth transition.
• Follow up within a week of move-in to address concerns.
• Manage move-out inspections and coordinate resident events.
• Maintain high resident visibility and oversee amenity areas.
• Propose improvements to enhance community operations.
