Job summary

Greystar is recruiting for a Resident Services Coordinator in the Washington, DC area. You will greet residents and guests, answer phone inquiries, route requests to the right team, and coordinate schedules for move-ins and move-outs.

You will manage guest suites, oversee deliveries, and help keep the clubhouse and common areas in tour-ready condition. This role emphasizes strong customer service and collaboration with the property team.

Qualifications

• Experience in resident services or leasing operations.
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and manage schedules.
• Excellent guest relations and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects and residents and assist with inquiries in the leasing area.
• Answer calls, route to team members, and assist with service request follow-ups.
• Maintain guest suite schedule, manage loading dock/elevator for move-ins/outs.
• Ensure clubhouse amenities are ready for tours each morning.
• Track package deliveries and notify residents within 24 hours.
• Maintain logs for equipment rentals, dry cleaning, and other services.
• Assist team with scheduling resident activities and events.
• Maintain local information for residents and liaise with concierge vendors.
