Qualifications

• Strong customer service background.
• 1 year concierge or high-end customer service experience preferred.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Outgoing personality with the ability to relate to a diverse group of people.
• Self-motivated with high energy and strong organizational skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide Class “A” customer service and build rapport with tenants.
• Meet and greet tenants, guests, and prospects.
• Keep reception area tidy with necessary materials.
• Respond to tenant questions and complaints promptly.
• Control building access and verify authorized entry.
• Handle incoming calls and direct to appropriate destinations.
• Coordinate reservations for amenities and loading areas.
• Perform daily building walks and address maintenance needs.
• Work scheduled shifts and fulfill other duties as needed.
