Job summary

Vivmark Residential in Washington, DC seeks a Concierge to lead front desk operations and elevate resident experiences. You’ll monitor foot traffic, deliver top‑tier service, and coordinate with leasing and maintenance for Saturday–Sunday 3 pm–11 pm shifts in a luxury setting.

You will need strong communication, time management, and organizational skills, plus a High School diploma and 1+ year in hospitality or retail.
