• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, healthcare, or senior care preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to interact compassionately with elderly residents and their families.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Basic computer skills (email, phone systems, scheduling software).
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsabilidades

• Greet residents, families, visitors, and guests in a courteous, compassionate, and professional manner.
• Serve as the primary point of contact.
• Assist residents and families with general questions, directions, and facility information.
• Coordinate visitation logistics and ensure compliance with facility policies and safety procedures.
• Support admissions, discharges, and tours by welcoming new residents and families and assisting as directed.
• Communicate resident or visitor concerns to appropriate departments promptly and professionally.
• Monitor lobby and common areas to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
• Collaborate with nursing, social services, activities, and administration to enhance resident satisfaction.
• Uphold resident rights, dignity, and confidentiality at all times.
• Adhere to HIPAA regulations and facility privacy policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support facility operations and resident experience.
