Skilled Nursing Facility in Staten Island, NY is seeking a Concierge to welcome Residents and families, coordinate move-in logistics, and guide them through the community. The role emphasizes a high level of service, ongoing communication, and seamless collaboration with nursing and admin teams.

Responsibilities include room readiness checks, resident tours, daily welfare check-ins, and proactive problem solving to ensure a positive move-in experience and smooth discharge follow-up for residents.

Formación

• Active CNA license required.
• Genuine passion for working with elderly Residents.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Self-driven with proactive work style.

Responsabilidades

• Greet Residents and families and ensure a smooth move-in experience.
• Confirm rooms are clean, prepared, and welcoming for arrivals.
• Orient new Residents and families with a full facility tour.
• Coordinate evaluations with unit managers for new Residents.
• Check in with new Residents within the first three days.
• Conduct at least three walkthroughs per floor daily.
• Maintain a daily log of questions, concerns and actions.
• Submit logs to the Facility Administrator.
• Support Residents through discharge with follow-up contact.
• Collaborate flexibly to help solve problems across the board.
