Job summary

Brightview Senior Living in New Jersey is seeking a friendly Concierge to greet residents in Gallery Apartments and their guests, delivering a high level of customer service. You will respond to requests such as light shopping, errands, mail retrieval, and event tickets, arrange continental breakfast and refreshments, and promote community programs.

Coordinate with all departments to ensure care, maintenance, housekeeping and dining needs are met promptly, while upholding Brightview’s commitment

Qualifications

You have experience as a Concierge with a focus on excellent customer service.
You're resourceful and creative when solving problems quickly and effectively.
Organizing and managing multiple priorities comes naturally to you.

Responsibilities

Welcome and engage residents living in Gallery Apartments, and their families and guests.
Respond to special requests for Gallery residents such as light shopping, errands, mail retrieval, and reservations or event tickets.
Arrange and serve a continental breakfast, light snacks, and beverages to Gallery residents and their guests.
Promote programs and events taking place at the community.
Coordinate with all departments to ensure care, maintenance, housekeeping and dining needs are met promptly.
