The role includes answering calls, greeting visitors, coordinating transportation and appointments, maintaining files, and handling requests with accuracy and prompt delivery. A strong English communication ability and a patient, friendly demeanor are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent communication in English with residents, families, staff and visitors.
• Strong customer service mindset and professional demeanor.
• Basic computer skills to set up and update forms.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming telephone calls.
• Greet visitors as they enter the community.
• Assist in the maintenance of files.
• Schedule car and bus for resident use.
• Schedule salon appointments.
• Prepare maintenance work orders and ensure prompt delivery.
• Respond to residents' requests for sundry items and manage purchases.
• Maintain supply of greeting cards and stamps and track purchases.
• Locate staff to provide valet service for residents when needed.
• Monitor security cameras as first-responder to Emergency Response System.
