Responsibilities include greeting visitors, handling communications with families, mail handling, and maintaining resident rosters. A high school diploma and 1–2 years of administrative experience are required, with healthcare exposure preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience in business office support or administrative support.
• Healthcare environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors and guests.
• Deliver professional communications to families regarding events and care plan meetings.
• Open, sort, and distribute mail and faxes; sign for packages.
• Maintain resident rosters and information related to visitors and calls.
• Perform duties as assigned by supervisor.
