Job summary

Provision Living, LLC is seeking a Concierge to be the first point of contact for visitors and residents, handling calls, greeting guests, and supporting staff to enhance each resident’s well-being and experience.

The role includes scheduling transportation and appointments, maintaining files, handling sundry item requests, and assisting with maintenance orders while ensuring accurate accounting and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to clearly communicate with residents, families and visitors.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming telephone calls.
• Greet visitors as they enter the community.
• Assist in the maintenance of files.
• Schedule car and bus for resident use.
• Schedule salon appointments.
• Prepare maintenance work orders and ensure prompt delivery.
• Answer residents’ requests for sundry items and ensure prompt delivery and accurate accounting of items purchased by residents.
• Maintain supply of greeting cards and stamps; ensure accurate accounting of purchases.
• Locate staff to perform valet service for residents as needed.
• Monitor security cameras as first-responder to resident’s Emergency Response System.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
