Comstock is seeking a concierge for our Reston community to deliver outstanding resident service and ensure every guest feels welcomed. You will greet visitors, answer questions, manage the reception area, and route inquiries with professionalism.

The role requires a friendly, proactive, and detail-oriented individual who can multitask and maintain a positive atmosphere in a busy property environment. Weekend and holiday availability is expected, with opportunities for bonus compensation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year concierge or high-end customer service experience preferred.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook/Word/Excel).
• Outgoing, credible, trustworthy with high integrity.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to residents and guests.
• Greet visitors, manage reception, and answer questions.
• Maintain tidy reception area and materials.
• Answer calls and direct to appropriate destinations.
• Coordinate amenity space reservations and building access.
• Assist with daily building walks and upkeep.
