Job summary

Comstock in Reston, VA is seeking a concierge to deliver exceptional resident-focused service and be the welcoming point of contact in the community. You will greet visitors, handle inquiries, and coordinate amenities with a high level of professionalism.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
• 1 year of concierge or high-end customer service experience is preferred.
• Must be able to work weekends.
• Ability to work holidays; flexibility to pickup additional shifts as needed.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Outgoing personality with ability to relate to diverse group of people.
• Self-motivated and high energy.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong sense of urgency.
• Must be credible, trustworthy and act with integrity.
• Must hold oneself and others accountable and strive for excellence.
• Positive, can-do attitude and customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Provide Class “A” customer service and build rapport with tenants.
• Meet and greet visitors such as tenants, guests and prospects.
• Keep reception area tidy with necessary stationery and materials.
• Respond to tenant questions and complaints promptly.
• Ensure only authorized individuals enter the building.
• Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately.
• Coordinate reservations for amenity spaces, loading elevators and dock.
• Perform daily building walks, address maintenance items and organize space.
• Perform other duties as needed.
