Comstock in Reston, VA is seeking a concierge to deliver exceptional hospitality for residents, greeting guests and providing personalized assistance with care and professionalism. You will be the friendly, reliable presence residents depend on.

Responsibilities include meeting tenants and visitors, maintaining a tidy reception, handling calls, coordinating amenity reservations, and supporting daily building operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• 1 year concierge or high-end customer service experience preferred.
• Weekend availability required.
• Holiday availability required; willingness to pick up additional shifts as needed.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide Class A customer service and build rapport with tenants.
• Meet and greet all visitors including tenants, guests and prospects.
• Keep reception area tidy and well-stocked with stationery and materials.
• Respond to tenant questions and complaints in a timely manner.
• Ensure that only authorized individuals enter the building.
• Manage incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate destination.
• Coordinate reservations for amenity spaces, loading elevators and dock.
• Complete daily building walks and assist with maintenance needs and decor.
