Job summary

Midwest Health Inc. is seeking a Concierge to support residents and their families with exceptional service in a community setting.

You will assist with administrative tasks linked to customer service, coordinate programs, and help the Executive Director with events that enhance residents’ wellbeing. Qualified candidates will have a High School Diploma and at least 3 years in customer-service roles, preferably in hospitality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• At least 3 years of experience in a customer-service focused role; hospitality experience preferred.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Comply with personnel, safety, and company policies.
• Treat residents, family members, visitors, and staff with respect and dignity.
• Assist with administrative and business functions related to customer service; support Activities Director with transportation.
• Ensure residents are respected and their needs are met expeditiously.
• Assist in evacuation and safety procedures as needed.
• Interact with potential residents and families; provide tours and answer questions about amenities offered.
• Assist Executive Director with duties and events that promote resident wellbeing.
