Midwest Health, Inc. is seeking a Concierge to support residents and families in our Community with outstanding service. You will assist with daily operations, coordinate programs, and help ensure a welcoming, secure environment for all guests.

Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 3 years in a customer-service role, be friendly and professional, and able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends. English fluency and basic health tolerances are required for this role.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma required; customer-service oriented preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in a highly customer-service focused role.
• Must be customer focused, friendly, and professional.
• If operating a vehicle is required, comply with vehicle policy.
• Excellent reading, writing, and spoken English required.
• Able to work beyond normal hours, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Must meet health requirements and pass screenings as needed.
• Able to lift and move up to 30 pounds and assist with evacuations.

• Comply with community policies and procedures.
• Treat residents, families, visitors and staff with respect.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident and family information.
• Assist with administrative duties and support the Activities Director.
• Ensure residents' needs are met promptly and respectfully.
• Keep residents safe and secure, especially evenings and weekends.
• Serve as a backup to other community service areas as needed.
• Interact with potential residents and families, including tours.
• Coordinate programs that enhance residents' physical and psychosocial well-being.
• Assist Executive Director with duties and events to promote well-being.
