Job summary

Provincial Senior Living is seeking a Concierge to greet guests, residents and staff, handle external and internal calls, relay messages, and provide general information. This role supports daily operations and contributes to a welcoming environment across our community.

Ideal candidates bring 1–3 years of customer service experience with a High school diploma or GED; full-time and part-time schedules are available, with extensive benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• One to three years customer service experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone and reception duties; take and relay messages.
• Greet residents, visitors and team members; provide directions and information.
• Manage and organize mail, attendance, and recreation/appointment logistics for residents.
• Maintain neat reception area and organized desk; update logs and rosters as needed.
• Assist with meal ticketing, meal counts, and coordination with Dining staff.
• Support marketing with brochure preparation and distribution as needed.
• Follow all company policies and procedures; perform other duties as assigned.
