Job summary

Qualifications

Prior customer service experience, preferably in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or similar.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with residents and families.
Demonstrated ability to follow safety protocols and multitask in a front-desk setting.

Responsibilities

Welcome residents, families, visitors and staff with a warm, professional demeanor.
Monitor entry/exit points and ensure sign-in and safety compliance.
Receive and distribute mail and packages, and handle calls and messages.
Assist with clerical duties for the Executive Director and teams.
Coordinate resident transportation and event reservations with Life Enrichment staff.
