Job summary

Hcshiring in Michigan is seeking a Concierge to join our team. You’ll be the friendly face at the front desk, answer phones, take messages, and transfer calls with a smile, while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for residents and guests.

You’ll greet guests, assist residents with requests, maintain a daily log, handle emergencies, schedule appointments, and relay information for billing. Strong communication and basic computer skills (Word/Excel) are important.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working in a similar position.
• Basic computer skills, including Word and Excel.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Greet arriving guests with a professional and friendly demeanor.
• Answer phones, take messages, and transfer calls.
• Maintain a daily resident log and emergency information.
• Respond to emergency systems and take appropriate steps.
• Schedule residents' doctor appointments and activities.
• Distribute written communications and assist with billing information.
