Responsibilities

• Check-in patients, verify and update information in the EHR, collect copays.
• Check-out patients and schedule follow-up appointments.
• Collect and document insurance information.
• Coordinate transportation and other services as needed.
• Maintain a welcoming reception area and ensure HIPAA compliance.
