Job summary

Southeast Rehabilitation & Skilled Care Center is seeking a compassionate Resident Ambassador to enrich lives and provide outstanding customer service to our residents. You will build close relationships, welcome new residents, and assist with non-clinical needs to support a positive resident experience.

Join our team to help foster a respectful, inclusive community and act as a liaison between residents, staff, and leadership, ensuring timely resolution of concerns and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Previous experience as a companion or in a similar role required.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, compassionate companionship and support to residents.
• Welcome and assist new residents as they adjust to the facility.
• Help residents with non-clinical needs, including meal trays and call lights.
• Listen to resident concerns and communicate needs or grievances to the appropriate department.
• Assist with problem-solving and follow up on concerns to ensure timely resolution.
• Promote a respectful, inclusive, and welcoming environment for residents, families, and staff.
• Act as a liaison between residents, staff, and the leadership team.
