Southeast Rehabilitation & Skilled Care Center is seeking a compassionate Resident Ambassador to join our team. This 171-bed facility focuses on providing friendly companionship and excellent customer service to residents in a welcoming environment.

Weekly pay ranges from $20 to $24 per hour. Responsibilities include greeting new residents, assisting with non-clinical needs, listening to concerns, and acting as a liaison between residents, staff, and leadership.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Previous experience as a companion or in a similar role required.

• Help residents with non-clinical needs, including meal trays and call lights.
• Listen to resident concerns and help communicate needs or grievances to the appropriate department.

• Promote a respectful, inclusive, welcoming environment for residents, families, and staff.
• Commit to providing exceptional customer service and supporting a positive resident experience.
• Act as a liaison between residents, staff, and the leadership team.
• Provide support such as discussions, encouragement, reassurance, and direction as needed.

We are a 171-bed skilled nursing facility. Weekly pay ranges from $20 to $24 per hour. Resident Ambassadors build close relationships with our residents to provide great customer service and companionship in their lives.

Requirements:
