The position requires 1-2 years in resident relations, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment. This is a full-time, on-site role at our Florida property.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service experience in an environment with resident relations preferred.
• Strong ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting with multiple projects.
• Enjoy and take pride in providing excellent service to residents and clients.
• High energy and strong interpersonal skills for in-person and phone interactions.
• Excellent verbal, written, and computer skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service focused on satisfaction, retention, and positive experience.
• Answer incoming calls professionally for prospective clients, clients, staff, or vendors.
• Serve as liaison between residents, guarantors, and property vendors.
• Ensure tenants live in a clean, safe, and well-maintained community.
• Greet and qualify prospective clients, present property, and close inquiries.
• Process lease applications and assist with verification; communicate results to clients.
• Oversee renewal campaigns and maintain renewal progress reports.
• Assist Leasing/Marketing Team Lead with planning resident events.
• Maintain accurate client records and daily activity reports.
