Job summary

CommuniCare Health seeks a dedicated Concierge to enrich the lives of residents and families by delivering exceptional customer service and coordinating daily operations. The role involves admitting residents, guiding them through facility processes, and collaborating with nurses and staff to ensure comfort and satisfaction.

You will greet residents, manage requests, assist with room assignments, and support meal and activity planning while maintaining professional standards and reporting

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Healthcare setting experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents and families.
• Process requests using the Resident/Concierge form and route to the right department.
• Follow up to ensure requests are completed to residents' satisfaction.
• Welcome and orient new residents and assist with room assignment and admission steps.
• Explain the call light system and facility layout to patients and families.
• Maintain professional communication with residents and staff at all times.
• Assist in coordinating meals, activities, and daily routines for residents.
• Support and communicate with nurses and other staff to ensure continuity of care.
• Conduct surveys and participate in training to improve service quality.
• Dress in business professional attire and participate in required meetings.
