Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• One year of customer service experience preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office and familiarity with property management or CRM software.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary in-person contact for residents.
• Manage communications via CRM system and inquiries.
• Facilitate move-in and move-out processes with paperwork and ID checks.
• Address resident questions in-person and virtually as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of the community portfolio and operations.
• Collaborate with Community Management Team to support operations.
