The role emphasizes on-site work five days a week, strong organizational skills, and collaboration with the Community Management Team to uphold Fair Housing, local codes, and company standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• One year of customer service experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work on-site five days per week.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary in-person contact for residents and inquiries.
• Manage communications via CRM and respond within company standards.
• Support move-in/move-out processes and documentation.
• Assist with resident events and maintain compliance with policies.
