Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Minimum one year of experience in a customer service environment.
• Ability to work on-site five days per week and provide exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary in-person contact for residents.
• Manage all communications via the CRM system and respond promptly.
• Facilitate move-in/move-out processes and paperwork, in person or virtually.
• Address resident questions professionally and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Community Management Team to support operations and events.
• Maintain knowledge of portfolio features and compliance with policies.
