Job summary

Essex Bellevue, WA is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator to be the primary in-person contact for residents and to manage communications via CRM. You will coordinate move-ins/outs, answer questions, and support community operations with an emphasis on a positive resident experience.

The role requires on-site presence five days a week, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with MS Office and CRM software. Join a team focused on compliance, service quality, and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• One year of customer service experience preferred.
• Commitment to exceptional customer service and desire to help people.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively on-site five days a week.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with property management or CRM software.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Capability to utilize a personal smart device for property apps.
