Job summary

Essex Property Trust is seeking a Community Relations Representative in Bellevue, WA to act as the primary in-person contact for residents and applicants. You will manage communications through the CRM, coordinate move-in/move-out, and support property operations with a strong focus on exceptional customer service and professionalism.

The role is on-site five days a week, with occasional travel for meetings and community visits.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Strong customer service mindset and desire to help people.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work on-site five days a week.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary in-person contact for residents.
• Manage communications and inquiries via the CRM system.
• Facilitate move-in/move-out including paperwork and ID checks.
• Respond to resident questions promptly in person or remotely.
• Maintain knowledge of the assigned property portfolio.
• Support community operations with the Community Management Team.
• Assist in organizing resident events.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, Tenant regulations, OSHA.
• Attend work consistently five days per week; on-site.
• Travel for occasional meetings and community visits.
