Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary in person contact for residents.
• Manage all communications and inquiries via the CRM system.
• Facilitate move-in and move-out processes and paperwork.
• Address resident questions promptly and professionally, in-person and virtually.
• Support community operations and resident satisfaction with timely completion of tasks.
