Essex Property Trust, Inc. is seeking a Community Relations Manager to lead a team of community relations representatives and deliver an exceptional resident experience across the customer journey.

The role oversees resident communications, move-in/move-out processes, and collaborates with the Community Management Team to maintain high service standards. This on-site role requires strong supervisory skills, CRM proficiency, budget awareness, and the ability to work in a centralized hub while

Qualifications

• 2+ years of property management experience with 1-2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Ability to work on-site five days per week.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Ability to manage budget and stay within guidelines.

Responsabilités

• Oversee a team responsible for resident communications and inquiries via the CRM.
• Ensure seamless move-in and move-out processes including paperwork and ID checks.
• Coach team to address resident concerns promptly and professionally.
• Oversee portfolio tasks and calls through Funnel system and maintain compliance with standards.
• Maintain knowledge of the community portfolio and guide the team on property features and operations.
• Collaborate with the Community Management Team to enhance operations and satisfaction.
• Ensure confidentiality of resident and property information.
• Oversee resident events and notice posting across the portfolio.
• Delegate workload and supervise performance; monitor expenses within budget.
• Manage personnel lifecycle including development, accountability and performance.
