Job summary

You will coach staff, manage portfolio tasks and budgets, and uphold Fair Housing and OSHA standards in a centralized, on-site setting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of property management experience with 1-2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Commitment to exceptional customer service and helping people.
• Ability to supervise staff of two or more associates.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support a team responsible for resident communications and inquiries through the CRM system.
• Ensure seamless move-in and move-out experiences, including processing paperwork and addressing questions in person or virtually.
• Coach team to provide prompt, professional resolution of resident concerns and escalate as needed.
• Oversee portfolio tasks and calls through Funnel, ensuring timely responses and compliance with standards.
• Maintain understanding of the community portfolio and guide team on property features and operations.
• Collaborate with Community Management Team to improve operations and satisfaction.
• Ensure confidentiality of resident and property information.
• Coordinate resident events and notice postings as needed.
• Delegate workload to maintain productivity and service quality.
• Monitor office expenses within budget; manage personnel lifecycle and performance.
