Job summary

Rose Associates Inc. seeks a skilled Community Manager to oversee leasing activity, maximize occupancy, and ensure resident satisfaction across its multifamily portfolio.

You will supervise Resident Managers, coordinate capital improvements, and collaborate with compliance, leasing, and accounting teams to uphold standards. The role requires strong financial acumen, GAAP knowledge, and hands-on site presence, including weekend coverage and on-site leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, real estate, or finance or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of multifamily residential community management experience.
• Proficiency with community management software including iLuvLeasing, On-Site, Elise AI, RentCafe and Yardi.

Responsibilities

• Oversee leasing activity and resident satisfaction to maximize occupancy.
• Lead a team of Resident Managers and leasing staff; manage budgets and reporting.
• Enforce lease terms, conduct inspections, and coordinate maintenance and capital projects.
• Collaborate with compliance, leasing, and accounting departments; review lease packages.
• Protect compliance with policies and ensure timely communication with residents.
