• Respond to resident inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Assist with newsletters, surveys, lease violation letters, and other communications to residents.
• Coordinate resident events and communications to enhance community engagement.

Responsibilities

• Achieve resident satisfaction and retention goals by addressing complaints and questions about rent and fees.
• Complete call-backs on service requests within 24 hours.
• Develops and coordinates resident communications.
• Organize resident events, greetings, and visits.
• Ensure leasing office and show spaces are maintained and ready daily.
• Review incident reports and follow up on violations as needed.
